My career began as a software engineer, where I learned that great technology is only valuable when it solves real business problems.
As I moved into leadership roles and eventually became VP of Program Management, my focus shifted from writing code to building high-performing teams, designing agile processes, and helping organizations deliver better results. I discovered that my true passion wasn't software—it was creating systems that enable people to do their best work.
Becoming a business owner gave me a new perspective. As AI rapidly became part of every business conversation, I saw both the opportunity and the confusion. My belief was simple: people are irreplaceable, but routine work isn't.
That inspired me to create a practical framework that combines organizational design with AI implementation. We map the business, define clear human roles, and deploy AI agents to handle repetitive tasks. The result is an organization where people focus on creativity, leadership, and growth while AI manages routine execution.
My mission is to help businesses build scalable organizations where humans and AI work together to unlock their full potential.
